Getting back on my feet

I had a routine similar to this in Peru and it worked out great. I’m redoing and will work up to it slowly. There is also room for flexibility.

Monday-Fri Routine

-WAKE-UP-

Affirmations

Meditate (20min)

Snack

Gym/Swim

Breakfast

Rosetta Stone

Work on a project (record something-15 minutes)

                -podcast

                -lecture

                -hypnosis cd

                -email list

-EAT LUNCH-

Get on bus ———————————————

On the bus (in this order):

-make important calls

-post on blog

-Network fb

-write a lecture

-Read

    • That great man! If you do them first thing in the morning as well, when your mind is fresh, that only helps to kick them into overdrive. What affirmations are you using right now?
